<p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for estimating a reasonable steel material stock. The system for estimating a reasonable steel material stock according to the present invention comprises: a control unit for estimating a reasonable steel material stock according to a reasonable steel material stock estimation program and estimating the reasonable steel material stock based on information regarding reasonable steel material stock estimation; a communication unit for communicating with a shipbuilding business planning department terminal, a raw material purchasing department terminal, and a hull design department terminal under the control of the control unit; a storage unit for storing the reasonable steel material stock estimation program, providing the reasonable steel material stock estimation program to the control unit, storing information regarding the reasonable steel material stock estimation received from the shipbuilding business planning department terminal, the raw material purchasing department terminal, and the hull design department terminal under the control of the control unit, and storing the reasonable steel material stock estimated by the control unit; an input unit for inputting a command and data, which are applied according to a manual operation, to the control unit; and a display unit for displaying a screen for managing the system under the control of the control unit. According to the present invention, information regarding the steel material stock estimation is shared and the reasonable steel material stock used in manufacturing a ship is estimated in a shipyard. The reasonable steel material stock is estimated while reflecting a steel price transition, thereby rapidly and economically estimating the reasonable steel material stock.</p> |
