The present invention relates to a double head-type phototherapy device, and provides a phototherapy device including: a frame; a patient support part which is slidably provided inside the frame whereby a patient is placed; a diagnosis part provided to move along the frame and comprising a diagnostic light irradiation part and a diagnostic light detection part to obtain an image of the affected part of the patient; a treatment part comprising two or more treatment light irradiation units which are provided to enable independent movement along the frame respectively and irradiate the treatment light to the affected part of the patient; and a control part to control the operation and position of the diagnosis part and the treatment part.
