The present invention relates to a low vibration and low noise wheel for a railway vehicle including: an outer wheel (10) having gear type concave and convex portions (13) formed at the inside thereof and a fixing center groove (14) into which outside center protrusions (33) of a cushion pad (30) is mounted; an inner wheel (20) having gear type concave and convex portions (21) formed at the outside thereof; and the cushion pad (30) made of a high elastic material capable of absorbing vibration and noise and disposed between the inner wheel (20) and the outer wheel (10), having outside gear type protrusions (31) mounted on the gear type concave and convex portions (13) of the outer wheel (10), inside gear type protrusions (32) mounted on the gear type concave and convex portions (21) of the inner wheel (20), and the outside center protrusions (33) formed along the center of the outer periphery thereof to allow the cushion pad to be easily aligned on the vertical line of the wheel, wherein the wheel is separable into the outer wheel (10) and the inner wheel (20) and has the outer wheel (10), the inner wheel (20) and the cushion pad (30) integrally formed with each other through the engagement. |
