The present invention relates to a centrifuge having a sludge cohesion supply system, comprising: a raw water supply part; a centrifugation part for separately discharging the raw water received from the raw water supply part and sludge included in the raw water by centrifugal force; and a cohesion part which is provided on the raw water supply part and enables the cohesion of the sludge included in the transferred raw water. The raw water supply part comprises a supply line having an inlet for raw water and an outlet for supplying raw water to the centrifugation part, and a distributive line which is branched from an intermediate part of the supply line and has a distributive outlet. The cohesion part comprises: a main body; an impeller provided in a reception part of the main body and a driven shaft coupled with a center of the impeller; a bottom cover inserted into an upper part of the main body; a bearing house coupled with an upper part of the bottom cover; two or more bearings provided in a space part of the bearing house; a bottom sealing part for preventing water leakage, which is provided in a diameter-widening space part of the bearing house; a top sealing part for preventing water leakage, which is coupled with an upper part of the bearing house; a bracket coupled with an upper part of the bearing house; a driving motor having a driving shaft disposed in an axial space part of the bracket; and a coupler for connecting the driving shaft and the driven shaft of the driving motor with each other.
