PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of improving and enhancing a linear edition function of image data and audio data.SOLUTION: The information processing device includes: a recording section capable of randomly accessing to a recording medium as a data block for predetermined reproduction time; and a control section that, when an edition is made on a part of data blocks in plural data blocks stored as a first file in the recording medium, controls the recording section to store the edited data block in a free space of the recording medium as a second file. Receiving an instruction to decide the edition, the control section updates a piece of management information of the file system so that the part of the data block in the first file is logically replaced with the data block constituting the second file. |
