PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to process photosensitive glass without using a special illumination room (e.g., a yellow room), which has been required for processing photosensitive glass because photosensitive glass reacts to normal illumination.SOLUTION: A photosensitive glass substrate 1 is coated with a metallic plating film 2. First, holes 3 are formed in the metallic plating film 2 by laser light. Then laser is emitted into the holes to expose the photosensitive glass substrate 1 to light for forming a latent image 4. |
