PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sound data from being interrupted even in an environment where transmission capacity drops due to congestion of a communication network and the like in a video conference system and the like.SOLUTION: A transmission terminal of the other party is not caused to interrupt transmission of content data except for sound data but transmission of content data except for sound data from a transmission terminal of a self-side is interrupted. Thus, congestion of a communication network and the like are dissolved and transmission and reception of the sound data can be secured. Since the transmission terminal of the other party is not caused to interrupt the transmission of the content data except for the sound data, it is not necessary to transmit a message to request interruption of the transmission of the content data except for the sound data from the self-side to the other party. |
