Disclosed are a method for multiple non-diagnostic detection by using a suspension chip against mosquito-borne virus and improvement to reaction conditions and steps in the method for non-diagnostic detection by using a suspension chip. The chip used in the method mainly comprises a microsphere with label, a biotinylated primer with label, and streptavidin-phycoerythrin. The method and chip according to the present invention may be used for detecting various borne pathogens, such as flavivirus and alphavirus.
