The hybrid fuel supply method for a ship engine according to the present invention is specialized by supplying compressed BOG to the ship engine when the BOG generated by LNG stored in an LNG tank of a ship satisfies the amount of fuel that the engine needs and supplying compressed and forcibly vaporized LNG to the ship engine when the amount of the BOG is less than the amount of fuel that the engine needs.
