PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure capable of suppressing the vertical vibrations of a floor frame of a building. SOLUTION: A plurality of layers with equal vibration characteristics are turned to vibration control object layers, the floor frames a, b and c of the respective layers are connected with each other by a column 10, and the vertical vibrations of a higher mode determined by the rigidity of the respective floor frames, the rigidity of the column and the mass of the respective layers are excited. Then, a main vibration control mechanism A is installed between the floor frame of one of the vibration control object layers and the floor frame d of another layer with vibration characteristics different from it, and a sub vibration control mechanism B is installed between the floor frames of the respective vibration control object layers. The vibration control object layers are set to be the plurality of layers including the floor frame of the top floor of a building, and a rooftop layer is set as the other layer with the different vibration characteristics. The main vibration control mechanism A and the sub vibration control mechanism B comprise a rotary inertia mass damper 1, an additional spring 2 and an additional attenuator 3.
