A measurement method which is performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system is provided. The method applies camp on a serving cell which is operated in a serving frequency and receives cell reselection priority information. The cell reselection priority information includes: commanding priorities which are signaled for the serving frequency and inter-frequency, determining if the implicit highest priority for the serving frequency is applied or not; and measuring the inter-frequency. The determining includes determining to apply the signaled priority of the serving frequency commanded by the reselection priority command after the terminal receives a logged measurement configuration for a logged minimization driving test (MDT), and if the type of the serving cell is a specific type.
