PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for cutting nuts which allows the central part of nuts in the thickness direction to be cut at a predetermined thickness without variation.SOLUTION: A device 10 for cutting nuts includes a blade rotor 30 having a pair of single-edge rotary blades 35 and 35 mounted on a common rotation axis 31 with flat surface 35a sides opposite to each other at a predetermined distance, a rotary roller 40 having a slit 43 in which the tip of each of the single-edge rotary blades 35 is inserted, nuts supplying means 50 for supplying nuts between the blade rotor 30 and the rotary roller 40 such that the central part of nuts in the thickness direction is disposed between the pair of single-edge rotary blades 35 and 35 of the blade rotor 30, and nuts collecting means for collecting the nuts cut by the blade rotor 30 and the rotary roller 40. |
