<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film having excellent gas barrier performance and high durability, and an electronic device using the gas barrier film.SOLUTION: Provided is a gas barrier film 10 comprising a smooth layer 2 and a gas barrier layer 3 laminated in this order on a substrate 1, wherein the smooth layer 2 is formed by applying a coating liquid containing a (meth)acrylate having a phosphoric acid ester group and a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate onto the substrate; and the gas barrier layer 3 is formed by subjecting a coated film obtained by applying and drying a coating liquid containing a polysilazane onto the smooth layer to modification treatment by irradiating vacuum ultraviolet light.</p> |
