A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed, which facilitates a terminal to be used in further consideration of user's convenience. The present invention includes connecting the host terminal and the mobile terminal to each other by wireless, transmitting an attendance request signal including an information on a conference start time to the mobile terminal from the host terminal, and transmitting saved virtual conference materials to the mobile terminal from the host terminal before the conference start time. Accordingly, virtual conference materials can be shared between mobile terminals participating in a virtual conference in advance of a conference time. And, in sharing virtual conference materials between mobile terminals participating in a virtual conference, if the virtual conference materials are modified or memos are inputted, the synchronized virtual conference materials can be shared. |
