Stock evewear comprises first and second lens portions for viewing a screen, wherein the first and second lens portions are configured to selectively attenuate the transmission of a spectral peak in the emission of fluorescent lighting through the first and second lens portions. In some aspects, the stock eyewear comprises first and second powered lens portions with substantially equal optical power to provide non-prescription assistance for viewing a screen. The eyewear may be configured to conform closely to the facial features of a standard anatomical human head form, both frontally and peripherally, and wherein the first and second lens portions comprise first and second lenses that are configured to provide less than about 12 mm of separation between the brow of the standard anatomical human head form and the upper aspect of the lenses. - 38 - |
