<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange element and a heat exchange-type ventilator using the same, capable of suppressing clogging of an exhaust path, and elongating a time of a continuous operation to secure a necessary ventilation amount in a room, under a condition that dew condensation and freezing may occur inside of the heat exchange element.SOLUTION: In a heat exchange element in which a plurality of heat transfer plates 18 respectively including a spacing rib 16 for spacing, and a plurality of air channel ribs 17 disposed almost at equal intervals almost parallel to each other, are stacked so that an exhaust air channel 12 in which exhaust flow 4 is circulated, and a supply air channel 14 in which supply air flow 5 is circulated, are alternately formed one by one, at least one air channel rib 17 near an inlet of the supply air channel 14, in the exhaust air channel 12 has a waveform.</p> |
