Provided is a disk brake device comprising: a caliper body (12) in which a cylinder section (14) and a claw section (16) having a cut-out section (16a) are connected by a center bridge (18) and a side bridge (20), and in which a cut-out section (21) is provided between the center bridge (18) and the side bridge (20); a support (24) comprising a guide pin guiding section (32) that is provided between the cylinder section (14) and the claw section (16); a guide pin (52) that slides in the guide pin guiding section (32); and an outer-side brake pad (42) that is screwed to a surface of the claw section (16) that is opposite a rotor (60) at each of the leading edge side and trailing edge side of the rotor in the cut-out section (16a).
