<p>The device has a contact segment (13), and a brush (15) including conducting materials, where the brush is provided in contact with the contact segment. A set of supports (12a, 12b) is provided with an insulating material. The supports are connected to a fixing unit (9) or metal rod, where the supports are designed to support the contact segment. A connection conducting part (16) is arranged to connect the brush to a front face of a wheel (3). The brush is optionally connected jointly to a brush holder (14).
