The present invention relates to a feeder which can transfer panels for various kinds of vehicles using a small index when the panels are transferred in a vehicle body welding line. The present invention can keep pace with a small production line for various kinds of vehicles by implementing a new panel transfer system for transferring panels for the kinds of vehicles using the combination of a plurality of panel feeders with a small index of an angle division function and a fixed feeder for determining a position when panels are transferred in a vehicle body welding line, can increase accuracy related to the loading and transfer of panels, thereby enabling the efficient management of a small production system for various kinds of vehicles.
