PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology relating to an inner cylinder exchangeable type cylinder lock which makes a user unlikely to be victimized by picking or a mischief and is capable of suppressing of increase of a manufacture cost.SOLUTION: An inner cylinder exchangeable type cylinder lock comprises an inner cylinder which is a lock mechanism including a keyhole, and an outer cylinder to mount the inner cylinder thereto. The inner cylinder is allowed to slide to the outer cylinder by inserting an inner cylinder exchange key into the keyhole, and the inner cylinder is removable from the outer cylinder. The inner cylinder exchangeable type cylinder lock further comprises an operation knob including a knob-side engaging part which is freely engaged to and disengaged from an inner cylinder engaging part integrally provided in a front end of the inner cylinder, and a knob-side key inserting hole through which the inner cylinder exchange key can be inserted. The disengagement of the knob-side engaging part from the inner cylinder side engaging part is regulated in the state where the inner cylinder is mounted to the outer cylinder.
