PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strengthened glass, a strengthened glass plate and a glass for strengthening, having high ion exchange performance, hardly generating dimensional change before or after treatments and having high thermal shock resistance.SOLUTION: The strengthened glass has a compressive stress layer on its surface and contains, by mass%, SiO:50 to 80%, AlO:10 to 30%, BO:0 to 6%, LiO:0 to 2%, and NaO:5 to 25% as a glass composition and substantially no AsO, no SbO, no PbO and no F. |
