The present invention provides a smart card device equipped with a tagging and a method for controlling same, the smart card device equipped with the tagging function comprising: an antenna; a non-contact-type driving portion for performing non-contact communication by connecting to the antenna; an applet portion for saving NDEF data for the non-contact communication and driving same; and a control portion for controlling the applet portion during non-contact communication so as to read and extract the NDEF data and transmit same through the antenna.
