A cell installation structure (10) for a vehicle comprises: a battery frame upper (22) made of a fiber-reinforced resin to which a cell (16) disposed on the vehicle-body underside of a floor panel (12) is attached; a battery frame lower (24) made of a fiber-reinforced resin constituting a closed-cross-section structure with the battery frame upper (22); and an intermediate member (30) made of a fiber-reinforced resin, interposed between the battery frame upper (22) and the battery frame lower (24), and having a plurality of top end parts (32B) brought in contact with or in proximity to the bottom surface (24A) of the battery frame upper (22), and a plurality of bottom end parts (32C) brought in contact with or in proximity to the top surface (24A) of the battery frame lower (24). Strength is thereby enhanced against loads inputted from the vehicle-body underside of a battery frame (20) molded of a fiber-reinforced resin material.
