PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopping board sheet of an inexpensive and simple constitution, in which a required amount can be simply cut off from the chopping board sheet in a rolled state, and which suppresses curling thereof after the cutting off.SOLUTION: A chopping board sheet 1 is a laminate of a three-layer structure obtained by laminating a first resin layer 3 on the front side of a paper layer 2 having a basis weight of 50 and 105 g/mand laminating a second resin layer 4 on the rear side of the paper layer 2. The first resin layer 3 and the second resin layer 4 are laminated by melt extruding polyolefin-based resin, and resin amounts per unit area of the first resin layer 3 and the second resin layer 4 are almost equal to each other. |
