PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer carrier capable of suppressing, when used in a developing device, the occurrence of failure caused by a regulating member intermittently coming into contact with convex parts, a developing device including the developer carrier, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A developing roller 42 is a developer carrier that has concave parts 42b and convex parts 42a formed on the surface as a concave-convex shape, and carries toner that is developer on the surface to make surface movement so as to convey the developer. The plurality of concave parts 42b forming the concave-convex shape are formed independently, and the convex parts 42a forming the concave-convex shape are formed continuously so as to surround the single concave part 42b. |
