Disclosed are an integrated smart device console system for implementing a push message service using multi-time scheduling and a method thereof. The integrated smart device console system for implementing a push message service using multi-time scheduling comprises: a smart device which searches for an index and sends a data request corresponding to the searched index in a push message format; a main server which receives the data request and delivers the received data request; and a plurality of distributed database servers which search for data corresponding to the delivered data request and provide the searched data in the push message format to the smart device according to the predefined time schedule. According to the integrated smart device console system for implementing a push message service using multi-time scheduling and the method thereof, it is possible to reduce costs and time for smart device users to search for data.
