<p>The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a door frame, and more particularly to the mold capable of reducing machining cost and machining processes, machining various shapes, manufacturing a precise product, and easily manufacture the product. In order to accomplish the objective of the present invention, only an upper portion of the mold has a polygonal shape, and a remaining portion of the mold is maintained at a right angle. Accordingly, variously-shaped door frames can be produced. The mold is less abraded in even long-term use, so that the precision of the mold can be maintained. The shape of the mold can be simplified so that a removal unit for the door frame can be omitted, and the manufacturing cost of the mold can be reduced. In addition, the machining range can be enlarged due to the change in the mold shape, and the number of the mold and the number of the machining processes can be reduced, so that the productivity can be increased.</p> |
