PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an acrylic resin in which a foreign matter is reduced, and a ring structure is possessed in a main chain.SOLUTION: A production method of an acrylic resin that has a ring structure in a main chain is that an acrylic resin and a cyclization reaction agent are introduced in a kneader, and at least one selected from a cyclization reaction agent and a reaction by-product is made into a supercritical state in a kneader. Further, the production method of an acrylic resin that includes a ring structure in a main chain is characterized in that the obtained acrylic resin that includes a ring structure in a main chain is that the number of foreign matters is at most 40/m, and a residual volatile component amount is at most 2,000 ppm. |
