PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image content distributing apparatus capable of remotely controlling a content player from a viewing terminal of a content, allowing a content of remote control to be reflected to a viewing image in a short delay time.SOLUTION: In an image content distributing apparatus, an image content conversion unit 102 includes a moving image encoding unit 102a and a moving image capture unit 102b, and a scene change detection unit 107 includes a moving intensity detection unit 107a for detecting moving intensity of an image content, and when an average value within a screen of the moving intensity determined for each unit area of the image content exceeds a reference value, determines that the image content is changed from a static scene such as a recording reservation screen to a dynamic scene, to output a change request of a conversion system to the image content conversion unit 102. The image content conversion unit 102 changes the conversion system of the image content from moving image capture to moving image encoding in response to the change request from the scene change detection unit 107. |
