PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible accurate detection of the position of a test object without inflicting thermal damage on the object and measurement of physical characteristics of signal light at a satisfactory S/N ratio.SOLUTION: An optical measuring apparatus using a photoelectric field amplifying device 10 provided with a gold-made fine convexo-concave structure 13 formed on the surface of a transparent base plate 11 irradiates at least a test object R with illuminating light L2 of 400 to 530 nm in wavelength, detects positional information on the test object R with an object position detecting device 140 arranged on the rear side of the photoelectric field amplifying device 10, and irradiates the detected position with exciting light L1 from an exciting light radiating device 110. Signal light Ls emitted from the test object R by irradiation with the exciting light L1 is detected from the rear face side of the transparent base plate 11. |
