PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating sheet for a microwave oven which facilitates peeling from food after heating in a microwave oven even if used on such food that comes in close surface contact with the heating sheet and which resists getting cold when food is left as it is after heating, and also to provide a paper container with a built-in heating sheet for a microwave oven.SOLUTION: In a heating sheet for a microwave oven, release paper is provided on the surface that comes in contact with food in a sheet-like heat-generating base material which generates heat by microwave irradiation. The release paper is constituted by directly forming a silicone resin coating layer in a paper layer. |
