PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back electrode solar cell for manufacturing a solar cell module in which output deterioration is extremely small, even under a severe environment of high temperature high humidity, or the like, while maintaining a high initial output, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A back electrode solar cell 1 having an electrode 2 for n-type and an electrode 3 for p-type on the surface of a silicon substrate 4 opposite from the light-receiving surface comprises: a light-receiving surface diffusion layer 6 formed on the light-receiving surface side of the silicon substrate 4; a light-receiving surface passivation film 13 formed on the light-receiving surface diffusion layer; and an antireflection film 12 formed on the light-receiving surface passivation film 13. The light-receiving surface diffusion layer 6 has the same conductivity type as that of the silicon substrate 4, and an impurity concentration higher than that of the silicon substrate 4. The antireflection film 12 is composed of a titanium oxide and contains a conductive solid material and impurities of the same conductivity type as that of the silicon substrate. |
