PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid spray device capable of realizing the most appropriate spray control only by modifying a set value in response to various installation environment.SOLUTION: This fluid spray device comprises: pulse width modulation control means for executing a pulse width modulation control step in which a command value of a spray amount of a two-fluid nozzle 1 is attained in response to a measured value of a dew-point temperature or relative humidity at a desired location and at the same time a spray operating time within a specified base period and a non-spray time are determined within a range of the command value corresponding to a minimum spray amount determined by a characteristic of the fluid nozzle and the number of fluid nozzles starting from near 0% and one spray operation and the other non-spray operation are controlled to perform alternatively; and proportional control means for executing a proportional control step of attaining a command value of one spray amount and controlling the pressures of one compressed air and pressurized water to be proportional in response to the command value ranging from a command value corresponding to the minimum spray amount to near 100%.
