PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determining marker of a perspiratory gland cell, a detection agent of the perspiratory gland cell, and a method for detecting the perspiratory gland cell, that allow the perspiratory gland cell to be easily and specifically detected.SOLUTION: There are provided: a determining marker of a perspiratory gland cell that comprises a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1, an amino acid sequence identical to the sequence shown in the SEQ ID NO:1 by 90% or more, and an amino acid sequence obtained by replacing, deleting, adding, or inserting one or multiple amino acid residues with respect to the SEQ ID NO:1, and is expressed in the perspiratory gland cell, or that comprises a partial polypeptide, with respect to the selected amino acid sequence, comprising an amino acid sequence which corresponds to a consecutive partial sequence containing the amino acid residues of the amino acid NO:1 in the sequence shown in the SEQ ID NO:1, and is expressed in the perspiratory gland cell; a detection agent of the perspiratory gland cell containing a bonding substance which bonds specifically to the marker; and a method for detecting the perspiratory gland cell that uses expression of the marker in skin tissue or in a skin cell population as an indicator to detect the perspiratory gland cell. |
