PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply providing claws and skin with decoration or makeup of high intensity or high concealing property by drawing an optional line and decoration set or makeup set for providing the decoration or makeup.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for providing claws and skin with decoration or makeup of high intensity or high concealing property. In the method, it is used an applicator A filled up with application solution which comprises at least water and o/w type emulsion resin and provides remaining tackiness even after drying. The application solution is applied to claws and skin so that application solution makes an optional configuration or character, and then dried. The application drawn line having tackiness is contacted to a transfer foil by pressing. The foil is tore up to transfer the drawn line of high intensity or high concealing property. Alternatively, in the method for providing claws and skin with decoration or makeup of high intensity or high concealing property, the application drawn line having tackiness is contacted to coloring powder by pressing without using the transfer foil. The powder lying on the section other than the application drawn line is swept off with a cleaner, such as a brush, to obtain the drawn line of high intensity or high concealing property. |
