The wire has external flushing connectors (1-3), a fixing element and holding connectors (4, 5) for micro-surgical instruments. The external connectors are inwardly displaced by a box insert (6) for obtaining original DIN measure of the wire. The fixing element is adapted to the number, designing and positioning of the instruments, where the instruments are connected with the external connectors over silicone hoses (8) by using a luer lock connection (7).
