PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller bearing such that a sufficient power generation quantity can be obtained and the degree of freedom of design of a permanent magnet and a coil is large.SOLUTION: A roller bearing 10 comprises an outer ring 11 having an outer ring-side track surface 12 formed at an inner periphery, an inner ring 20 which has an inner ring-side track surface 23 at an outer periphery, a plurality of rolls which are arranged in a circumferential direction and roll on the outer ring-side track surface 12 and inner ring-side track surface 23, and a holder 40 which holds the plurality of rolls 30 rotatably, with a measuring device being fitted to the holder 40. An electric generator 80 comprises a rotary part and a fixed part, and generates electricity by rotating the rotary part relatively to the fixed part; and the rotary part is brought into rotational contact with outer peripheries of the rolls 30, the fixed part is fitted to the holder 40 among the plurality of rolls 30, and the external diameter of the rotary part in rotational contact is made smaller than the external diameter of the rolls 30. Then the electricity of the electric generator 80 is supplied to the measuring device. |
