<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thickness and size and increase heat radiation effect. <P>SOLUTION: This electric connection box is provided with: a lead frame 30; first and second external connection terminals 21 and 22; a storage member 10 which has a connector housing part 12A integrally at its peripheral flank and is insert-molded together with the lead frame and the external connection terminal; a transistor 40 which is surface-mounted on the top face of the lead frame; a circuit board 50; and a bonding wire 60 which connects the transistor, the external connection terminals, and the circuit board with one another. The circuit board 50 has lands 51 for circuit patterns at its top face and lower face, which is accommodated in the storage member with the land 51 at the lower face facing downward through a groove-shaped opening 18 formed at the bottom wall 10B of a main body 10A of the storage member. The first external connection terminal 21, the transistor, and the circuit board are connected by bonding wires 61, 62, and 64, and the second external connection terminal 22 and the circuit board are connected by a binding wire 63. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
