PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension capable of suppressing the causative substance of electric short-circuit due to migration between conductive paste disposed in a micro-actuator loading part and the conductor of a wiring part from growing.SOLUTION: A slider 11 and a micro-actuator element 31 are disposed in a gimbal part 30 of a flexure 22. The gimbal part 30 includes: a metal base 40; an electrically insulating resin layer 60; a conductor 87 disposed on the resin layer 60; electrically insulating adhesive 85 for fixing an end 31a of the micro-actuator element 31 to the metal base 40; and conductive paste 86 disposed between an electrode 81 of the micro-actuator element 31 and the conductor 87. A first adhesive interface K1 following a thickness direction of the resin layer 60, a second adhesive interface K2 following a surface direction of the resin layer 60 and a corner part C1 are formed between the metal base 40 and the conductive paste 86. |
