PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration process superior in efficiency of water from a water tank including extermination of seaweed.SOLUTION: In a suction device for moving at the bottom of the water tank for containing the water, the device comprises a structural frame 10 for sucking a flow of the water together with a coagulated particle for realizing filtration of the water of the water tank and having means of joining to a pump system, rotary means 30 having a shaft in the horizontal direction for moving at the bottom of the water tank, rotational sliding means 40 adjacent to a wall surface of the water tank and having a shaft in the vertical direction for the movement, suction means 50 including a plurality of suction lines, cleaning means and turning means 70 between the rotary means and the structural frame.
