<p>The device has a print station (11) including a print head (3) that is an electrostatic print head, which is provided with a number of controllable individual nozzles (6) for controlled discharging of printing ink. The individual nozzles are arranged on top of each other in a row in proximity to a longitudinal axis of the print head. Bottles (1, 1a) are arranged with its axis or axis of the print station during imprinting process.
