The present invention relates to a charging process method in a content delivery network (CDN) and, more in detail, to a charging process method for a content delivery network, an apparatus and a system therefor, capable of calculating charging data on usage of content in a user terminal by receiving information on an packet usage amount in accordance with using the content in the user terminal. The charging process system according to an embodiment of the present invention for this comprises: a dummy packet generating device for collecting information on the packet usage amount of the content which a plurality of cache devices provide to the user terminal and generating a dummy packet; and a charging process device for mirroring the packet usage amount via one network device which controls a session connection or the dummy packet generating device in order to charge the package usage amount transmitted or received via a session to be connected to the user terminal over a network, generating a charging data record (CDR), collecting a user data record corresponding to the session, integrating the charging data record with the user data record, and generating one kind of the charging data.
