The present invention has an inlet with a blower within a building; transmits crushed solid waste to a temporary storage disposed outside the building through a transfer pipe due to positive pressure flow of the blower; provides a collection basket connected to the transfer pipe in the temporary storage; has a filter opening the upper end of the collection basket and connecting the inside and the outside; and discharges the solid waste by the blower as a positive pressure source disposed inside the building. Therefore, the present invention reduces installation costs and maintenance costs of a solid waste collection device and prevents the solid waste collection device from being stolen because the positive pressure source of the solid waste collection device is placed inside the building. |
