The present invention relates to a rotational shaft buffering device of an electric motor. The rotational shaft buffering device of the electric motor according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing (12); a stator (16) which generates a rotating magnetic field; a rotor (22) which rotates at high speed by the rotating magnetic field of the stator (16); a rotational shaft (40) which rotates with the rotor (22); a buffering rod which transmits the rotation force of the rotor (22) to the rotating shaft (40); and a buffering member (30) which buffers the impact transmitted to the rotational shaft (40). According to the prevent invention, the impact generated between the rotor and the rotational shaft is prevented by installing a buffering member and a buffering rod. |
