FIELD: packing industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to container used in hazardous environments, particularly to a container for electric and/or electronic devices used in potentially explosive environment containing combustible gases of IIC explosion hazard group. Container includes a base (1) and one or more side walls (2) connected with the base (1) and forming top opening (3) closed by cap (4) and surrounded by the first flange (5) with multiple first orifices (6). Cap (4) features second flange (7) with multiple second orifices matching the first orifices (6) of the first flange (5), so that the base (1), side walls (2) and first flange (5) are made in one piece out of a metal. According to the invention, cap (4) is connected with container by one or more rotating joints (10) enabling rotation and forward movement of cap (4) against the container, and the cap (4) features a perimeter frame (13) passing through top opening (3) of the container and engaging with the upper section of inner surface of side walls (2).EFFECT: higher tightness of container.6 cl, 6 dwg |
