The method of accessing a personal electronic file containing technical data, e.g., such as medical data, and highly confidential personal data, involves activating an agent for generating a personalised computer file in at least one storage device, which further contains an encryption/decryption file and an associated table which establishes a link between personal data of a patient and an anonymous identifier; activating, on a first server, a database which contains anonymous information encrypted with an encryption key associated with the anonymous identifier and does not contain any personal information; using a table component on a second server, wherein the tables contain data for updating said PLT tables encrypted with said encryption key; activating, on a third server, a document base containing attached files included in said personalised files, indexed by the anonymous identifier and encrypted by said encryption key contained in said storage device.EFFECT: ensuring full confidentiality of data when patients access their files.10 cl, 11 dwg |
