PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition excellent in flexibility and heat resistance and an electric wire/cable using the non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition which comprises; (A) 60 to 80 pts.mass of polyethylene; (B) 40 to 20 pts.mass of metallocene polyethylene having a density lower than that of polyethylene of the (A) component; (C) 50 to 100 pts.mass of a phosphorus-based flame retardant based on the total 100 pts.mass of the (A) component and (B) component; and (D) 5 to 20 pts.mass of a nitrogen based flame-retardant based on the total 100 pts.mass of the (A) component and (B) component.
