PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that detection precision in detecting a residual amount easily deteriorates in a conventional liquid storage container.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a liquid storage container which has: a case provided with a storage part for storing liquid; a supply port 33 for supplying the liquid in the storage part to the outside; and a prism part 127 for detecting a liquid amount in the storage part. In the case, the storage part is partitioned into: a first storage chamber 85 for storing the liquid; a second storage chamber 87 disposed downstream of the first storage chamber 85; a third storage chamber 89 disposed downstream of the second storage chamber 87; and a fourth storage chamber 93 disposed downstream of the third storage chamber 89. The fourth storage chamber 93 is disposed inside the third storage chamber 89 and is partitioned from the third storage chamber 89 by a first sheet member, and the prism part 127 is disposed inside the fourth storage chamber 93. In the liquid storage container, an inlet communicating with an inside of the storage part is formed on an upstream side beyond the fourth storage chamber 93, and the liquid is infused through the inlet. |
