Proposed is a biodegradable mulching film the biodegradation speed of which is controlled depending on the kind of an agricultural and horticultural crop, cultivation period, weather, etc. The biodegradable mulching film according to the present invention comprises multiple biodegradable sites having different biodegradation speeds, wherein the multiple biodegradable sites are layered in the direction perpendicular (toward the ground direction) to the surface that is to be applied onto the soil.
