The present invention relates to an injection molding apparatus and, more specifically, to an injection molding apparatus capable of producing molded products having fiber surface materials. The injection molding apparatus comprises: a lower mold; an upper mold which is arranged on the upper part of the lower mold and includes an internal accommodation part in which the lower part is opened; a core which is arranged in the accommodation part of the upper mold; a lower part subdivision plain which is formed on the upper side of the lower mold; an upper part subdivision plain which is formed on the lower side of the core in order to correspond to the lower part subdivision plain, includes fiber surface materials in the lower part, forms a cavity with the lower part division plain when the lower mold and upper mold are combined; a resin injection part which is formed in the lower mold and is connected to the cavity when the lower mold and upper mold are combined; and a core separation means which separates the upper part subdivision plain from the fiber surface material in a state in which the lower mold and upper mold are combined. The present invention is able to prevent the fiber surface material to be deformed by pressure when a resin injected into a cavity is cooled by ascending the upper part subdivision plain formed in the core with the core separation means and separating the upper part subdivision plain from the fiber surface material. |
